Multi-Function Food Filling Machine is a versatile food filling device. This equipment can perform complex operations such as elongated filling, dot filling, and flat coating within its operational range. It produces various filled breads, filled cakes, filled egg rolls, and other leisure foods.
The equipment does not require cutting open bread or cakes, preserving the original appearance of the food. Using a stainless steel filling needle inserted into the bread or cake, computer-programmed calculations and controls enable the injection of fillings of varying lengths and quantities. The filling is uniform and does not leak after compression. The SF-6000 Multi-Function Filling Machine achieves filling needle movement precision of 0.1mm (millimeter) and filling volume accuracy of 1ml (milliliter). This equipment can inject various fluid and semi-fluid fillings, including cream, assorted jam flavors, bean paste, chocolate sauce, etc. Depending on actual requirements, automatic insulation and heating devices can be added to the hopper. For low-density fillings, a pressure-feeding device can be added. The hopper can also be designed as a dual-color hopper to simultaneously inject two different types and colors of fillings.
