Q1: Can this machine make different sizes of shaomai?
A1: Yes. Our QD-880 shaomai machine supports adjustable wrapper thickness and filling volume. The finished shaomai weight can be set from 10g to 50g. If you need special shapes, customized moulds are available at extra cost.
Q2: Is the machine hard to clean after daily production?
A2: No. All food-contact parts can be disassembled step by step. The wrapper making part can be blown clean by air gun first, then filling and turntable forming components can be washed directly with water. It greatly saves your post-shift cleaning time and meets food safety demands.
Q3: What voltage do you provide for this shaomai machine?
A3: Standard options are 220V single phase or 380V 3 phase. We can change the motor and electric parts to match your local voltage, such as 240V, 415V, as long as you tell us your country’s power supply before production.
Q4: What kind of filling can this machine work with?
A4: It works well with common shaomai fillings, such as pork, beef, shrimp, mushroom & glutinous rice mixed fillings. Please note that fillings should not contain extra-large hard chunks to avoid blocking the filling pump.
Q5: Do you provide after-sales service and installation guidance?
A5: Yes. We supply English operation manual, operation video. We also offer online video guidance for installation, debugging and routine maintenance. Spare parts are available for long-term purchase.
Q6: Can this machine work together with a freezing line for frozen siomai business?
A6: Sure. This high-output shaomai machine is widely matched with conveying belt, quick-freezing tunnel and packing machine, to build a full automatic frozen shaomai production line. We can give you layout suggestion if you need.
