Process Flow and Technical Characteristics
1.Process Flow:
Fresh Flow → Transport & Storage → Branch/Leaf Removal, Washing → Crushing → Mixing → Centrifugal Decantation → Centrifugation → Storage → Bottling.
2.Process Technology and Main Equipment Configuration:
The workshop uses advanced, reliable technology that is simple to operate and cost-effective.
Production Process
1.Cleaning:
Select quality olives, remove debris, and wash thoroughly.
2.Crushing:
A specialized crusher grinds the fruit into pulp, saving labor and increasing efficiency.
3.Mixing:
•Process: After crushing, a 30–50-minute mixing is crucial for oil extraction, with a spiral device rotating slowly (around 30 rpm).
•Temperature Control: A constant temperature (35–38°C) optimizes oil yield and quality, with some systems using fruit residue as fuel.
4.Slag Separation:
•Centrifugal separation with water improves separation efficiency; overload protection prevents equipment damage. Post-treatment, water contains about 0.5 g/L oil.
5.Oil-Water Separation:
•A butterfly centrifugal separator further reduces oil in water to about 0.05 g/L, with overload protection for stability.

The Olive Oil Extraction Production Line is a sophisticated industrial solution designed to transform fresh olives into high-quality olive oil through a systematic and efficient process. Comprising a sequence of specialized machines, this production line integrates advanced technologies to ensure optimal oil yield, quality, and operational reliability. From initial cleaning to final bottling, each stage is engineered to meet industry standards while minimizing energy consumption and manual intervention.
The production line employs a modular design with automated controls, allowing for seamless integration of key stages: washing, crushing, mixing, centrifugal separation, and bottling. The use of corrosion-resistant stainless steel components ensures durability and compliance with food safety regulations .
Key equipment such as the crusher (22KW) and centrifugal separators (15KW each) are designed for high efficiency, with some systems utilizing olive pomace as a renewable fuel source during the mixing stage to maintain a consistent temperature of 35–38°C . This not only reduces energy costs but also aligns with sustainable manufacturing practices.
The dual centrifugal separation system—first for solid-liquid separation and then for oil-water separation—achieves exceptional purity. Post-treatment water contains as little as 0.05g/L of residual oil, minimizing environmental impact and maximizing resource efficiency .
The control panel features intuitive operation, enabling operators to monitor parameters such as mixing time (30–50 minutes), rotation speed (30 rpm), and temperature in real time. Overload protection mechanisms safeguard equipment from damage during peak usage .
Fresh olives are transported to a 200x150x120cm stainless steel tank for debris removal and thorough washing using a 6.2KW conveyor system. This stage ensures only high-quality fruit proceeds to the next steps.
A specialized crusher grinds olives into a fine pulp, breaking down cell walls to release oil. The pulp is then transferred to a mixing tank where slow, controlled agitation (30 rpm) enhances oil extraction efficiency.
The mixture undergoes two centrifugation phases:
Solid-Liquid Separation: Removes pomace and other solids, yielding an oil-water emulsion.
Oil-Water Separation: A butterfly separator further refines the emulsion, producing virgin olive oil with minimal water content.
The final oil is stored in a 200x150x150cm stainless steel tank before being bottled under controlled conditions to preserve flavor and nutritional properties.
Tailored Solutions: We offer modular configurations to accommodate production scales ranging from small artisanal batches to large industrial outputs.
Technical Support: Our team provides on-site installation, operator training, and ongoing maintenance to ensure peak performance.
Mold & Formula Optimization: While primarily focused on olive oil extraction, we collaborate with clients to adapt the line for processing other oilseeds or optimizing existing workflows.
Sustainability Upgrades: Optional features such as pomace recycling systems and energy-efficient motors can be integrated to align with green manufacturing goals.
