Automatic High Efficiency Shell-and-tube UHT Sterilization Production Line

The Shell and Tube Pasteurizer is a high-efficiency sterilization device for liquids, available in 0.5T/h Semi-Automatic and 2T/h Fully Automatic models. Its core is a 316L stainless steel inner-tube heat exchanger, designed for precise temperature/time control in food processing.
It follows a "feed-sterilize-cool" process: steam heats materials to 115-135℃ (holding time: 5s-30s, model-dependent), then cools them to 50-65℃ for discharge. It meets food safety standards, ideal for liquid products needing high-temperature instant sterilization.
