The dry chain garlic peeling machine is powered by compressed air and adopts a chain conveying bin-type peeling structure. The garlic is driven into the peeling bin through the chain. When passing through the peeling bin, the garlic peels are separated by air compressed air flow, and it is uninterrupted in the process. In the peeling process, the garlic is peeled without hardness and friction at all, and the integrity and freshness of the processed product are easy to clean at the same time. Because the garlic is intact during the peeling process, it looks good after peeling and it can be stored for a long time. The whole machine of the peeling machine is made of stainless steel, which is not afraid of the corrosion of garlic oil. The machine has been adopted with the advantages of high removal rate, no damage to the garlic, high peeling efficiency, and simple operation.
Check whether there is any sundries on the air offline chain conveyor belt. After the power is turned on, press the "drive start" button to see if the running direction of the chain conveyor belt is consistent with the direction marked on the machine. If the direction is inconsistent, the machine needs to be debugged. It can only be used after it is in the same direction as the label. 1. Start the chain drive button of the chain peeling machine 2.
