A: The separation degree reaches around 98 %, only about 2 % powder remains in the residue for high‑quality starch output.
Q3: What power and voltage for QD‑20 model?
A: Standard voltage is 380V. 2‑ton type power:5.5 kW; 2‑ton double‑layer type power:7.5 kW.
Q4: Can we change the mesh size?
A: It is equipped with 80‑mesh screen, and replacement screens of different meshes are available as required.
Q5: Does this unit need manual feeding all the time?
A: It supports automatic feeding, crushing, slurry discharging and residue discharging for high automation and less labor input.
Q6: Does the machine help reduce starch oxidation?
