For operational errors, we will resolve all usage difficulties via video call. 2. For machine component issues, we will ship replacement parts to ensure normal operation. 3. Additionally, our engineers travel overseas annually to assist customers with problems they cannot resolve independently.
Q:How about warranty ?
A:One-year warranty. Frankly speaking, our machines are built to last. Each unit undergoes at least three rounds of testing before leaving our factory to ensure it arrives in peak condition. Minor issues that may arise are often due to inexperienced operation, which is why we provide comprehensive English instructional videos and troubleshooting guides to help users master the equipment. Should any questions arise during use, we're always available for video calls to assist.
