A: 1. The bag mouth is not aligned flat when feeding; 2. Air pressure is too low (below 0.4Mpa); 3. Twist wire length is mismatched with bag size; 4. Internal wire feeding roller is worn. Adjust air pressure, re-align bags or replace rollers to fix the problem.
Q8: Will the golden wire jam frequently during continuous production?
