Unite Hearts And Focus Strength, Embrace Nature Together ——QDMECH Company's Staff Team-Building Activity Successfully Held

From June 20th to 22nd, QDMECH Company organized its employees to carry out the team-building activity with the theme of "Ride the Waves and Forge Ahead in Torrents". In the hearty  experience of rafting and mountain climbing, the team strength was condensed.

On the first day of the canyon rafting trip, employees rode rafts down the river, collaborating to tackle challenges amid turbulent rapids and treacherous shoals. Splashing water reflected their cheers and encouragement for one another. On the second day's mountain climbing activity, everyone ascended along the winding trail, supporting each other and sharing supplies along the way. Finally, when overlooking the beautiful scenery from the mountain top, they embraced both the sense of achievement from teamwork and the grandeur of nature.

This team-building activity not only allowed employees to relax their body and mind amid intense work, but also strengthened the tacit understanding and trust among members through immersive outdoor experiences.
